By registering, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

You accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Right of Postponement or Cancellation
Manako Limited reserves the right to either cancel or postpone a scheduled training programme if the minimum number of required seats is not filled by the designated registration deadline. Furthermore, we may cancel or postpone any programme due to unexpected events outside of our control (including but not limited to staff illness or venue issues).
Changes to Programme Facilitators, Presenters and/or Guest Speakers
Manako Limited reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised programme, including but not limited to its content, schedule, facilitators, presenters, or guest speakers, at any time without prior notice.
While we make every effort to deliver our programmes as advertised, unforeseen circumstances, such as speaker illness, scheduling conflicts, or other events beyond our control, may necessitate substitutions.
We will endeavour to provide a suitable substitute of equivalent expertise. Any such change in personnel shall not be considered a breach of contract, and participants shall not be entitled to a refund, credit, or any other compensation as a result of such changes.
Changes to Programme Details
Manako Limited reserves the right to make reasonable changes to any scheduled programme details, including but not limited to the venue, timings, staffing, or training materials.
If we need to change the venue, we will ensure the new location is of similar quality and located within a reasonable distance of the original site. We will notify all registered participants of any significant amendments as soon as possible before the start date of the programme. We are not liable for any costs incurred by the participant as a result of such reasonable amendments.
Refunds
A full refund will be provided where a registered participant withdraws from the programme six (6) or more business days prior to the programme start date. A 50% refund will be provided where a registered participant withdraws from the programme five (5) or less business days prior to the programme start date. No refund will be given for 'No Shows' or registered participants who fail to attend a programme.
In the event of a programme cancellation by Manako Limited, all registered participants will be offered a full refund of any fees paid or the option to credit those fees toward a future programme. If the programme is postponed or rescheduled, participants will be notified of the new date, with the option to confirm their attendance or receive a full refund.
Manako Limited will endeavour to provide all registered participants with at least 10 working days' notice prior to the original start date in the event of any cancellation or postponement.
Fees and Payment
All fees must be paid in full at least five (5) business days before the programme commences. Failure to meet this requirement may result in the participant being denied entry, unless prior payment arrangements have been made.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, presentations, and written content, are the intellectual property of Manako Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any materials without express written consent.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds their mana and the mana of fellow participants. Harassment, discrimination, or any other inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in you being removed from the programme without a refund.
Technical Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technical equipment and internet connection to access online services. Manako Limited is not liable for technical issues or failures on the participant’s end.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Manako Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the programme. In no event shall the aggregate liability of Manako Limited for all claims related to the programme exceed the total amount of fees paid by you to Manako Limited for the specific programme in question.
Privacy and Personal Information
Manako Limited is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
We collect personal information you provide during registration, such as your name and contact details. This information is used for the purposes of managing your enrolment, delivering the programme, communicating with you, and personalising your learning experience. All personal information is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, unless required by law.
By registering for a programme, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described. You have the right to access and request correction of any personal information we hold about you.
